Bob Garner sat down with GMC’s Ashley Jacobs to talk about his new book: ‘Bob Garner’s Book of Barbecue." The journalist-turned-foodie is the author of two previous books and a television personality. He’s traveled the state and country to keep the conversation of barbecue going strong.
As Garner says, "Keep the fire burning," and keep trying new versions of "North Carolina’s favorite food."
